The new Georgie wall-mounted cooker hood model represents the right compromise between technology and craftsmanship that makes it adaptable to any type of kitchen, whether classic or modern in style.
The idea of Georgie's design stems from the desire to create a kitchen hood that recalls the idea and function of a shelf, on which to place accessories, spices, but with the particularity of being able to change the front panel according to taste and needs.
The front panel can be customized with the same material as the kitchen, for a more linear and uniform room aesthetic, but Sirius also offers a version with a glass panel and the more classic one with Deruta ceramic, presented at Eurocucina-FTK 2024, with soft lines reminiscent of the lightness of a drape.
It is a partnership that has now lasted since 2014 that between Sirius and the master ceramists of the Umbrian town of Deruta, who welcome with dedication and enthusiasm each new project for the realisation of a new kitchen hood by Sirius brand.
Ceramic is a natural, sustainable material that comes from the earth, but it is also a resistant and above all versatile material that adapts to any shape you want to give it.
The ceramic production, which is completely handmade, requires lengthy processing due to the many steps involved in its creation. This makes Georgie and all the other hoods in the “Deruta” collection unique pieces.
Finally, the black glass version is a timeless classic, discreet and elegant, and is suitable for modern and urban home environments.
Underneath the hood is the chrome push-button panel with which to manage the 4 available speeds, the light switch and timer; two dimmable LED bars (warm light - cold light) and dynamic (higher - lower intensity) and the three anodised aluminium filters.
To guarantee maximum filtering capacity together with the grease filters, washable charcoal filters are positioned internally to neutralise all odours produced by cooking fumes.
The housing is made of stainless steel with a matt black finish.
