The zone starts at maximum power and, after a predefined interval, automatically adjusts to a lower set level. For example, I set power to 7. It starts with boost then settles to 7.

Special induction functions:

Grill function
The Grill function uses two adjacent zones of the induction hob to create a single, large heating surface, allowing you to set the desired cooking temperature.
Ideal for placing a rectangular grill plate.
The hob maintains stable power, avoiding temperature fluctuations, and evenly heats the cast iron plate. This helps achieve a more uniform grilling effect
Frying function
Quickly heat the pan to the desired temperature, maintaining it constant for optimal performance.
The user can easily select different temperature levels via the touch control panel, for precise and personalized cooking every time
Boiling water
Water is heated to boiling point, with automatic power reduction.
Can be operated with or without a lid
Gentle steam cooking
The system quickly brings water to a boil and then automatically reduces the power, maintaining the ideal level for efficient steaming. It ensures a constant flow of steam, essential for cooking food evenly and thoroughly.
It is compatible with standard steamer baskets, positioned above the water in the pot.
It also works perfectly with pots that require only a small amount of water, ensuring optimal performance in every situation
Fantastic Pasta function
Quickly brings water to a boil and automatically reduces power, always ensuring the ideal cooking level.
Maintains a constant and controlled boil, preventing water from overboiling
